I want to make a custom jersey for my team, what do I need to do?

We have a highly trained graphics team that will take your ideas and turn them into artwork on fabric! If you have a business logo that you would like to use, we just need the vectored image of that logo, and we can incorporate it into the jersey design. After your artwork is complete, we will e-mail it to you for your review. Once the artwork is approved by you, we will then send you an order form to obtain the names, numbers, and sizes for your jerseys. (minimum 10)

You've sent me the wrong items

We are very diligent about going through every order to ensure that our customers receive their items as swiftly as possible. We are also human, and can make mistakes. If we send you the wrong items, we will either personally bring you the correct items (local) , or we will ship your correct items immediately, pay for shipping on returning items. We will always make RIGHT anything we mess up.

I forgot to use my discount code

We take pride in having very competitive pricing for all ordered items, if you forgot to use your discount code, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase, and we will be able to apply the discount.

How long do custom jersey orders take to receive?
​
We pride ourselves on having a quick turn around time. Once artwork has been finalized, and team order form submitted(size, name, number), it takes approximately 14 business days. After we receive your order, we will verify all jerseys are the correct size, name, and number, and we will contact you immediately.

Which methods of payment can I use?
For the online store purchasing, we accept debit and credit cards as forms of payment. For custom team orders, we can accept Venmo and Paypal with a 3% upcharge.

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?

On regular store items, we cover all shipping costs, and we use 2-3 day priority shipping for anything purchased on the site.
